Ordering

Ordering solid wood furniture from one of our builders is simple. When you visit our shop, you will see many floor samples that demonstrate the quality of workmanship, style, and finish. We'll explain all the many options you have to choose from, and give you a firm price on the cost of the items you want. We then place the order, and when it comes -8 to 12 weeks later - we call to arrange delivery to your home. All this is done in a friendly, no pressure/no hassle atmosphere (unlike larger furniture stores), and is backed by Henderson's Furniture's unconditional guarantee of satisfaction with your furniture, or your money back.

Ordering from our upholstery builders is a little quicker with a lead time of 6-8 weeks.  We have several different models of sofas, chairs, and recliners for you to sit in to find the right one.  We also have scores of fabrics to choose from for each builder.  We also allow you to check out the fabrics to ensure that your final selection coordinates properly with the other furnishings in your home.  Not sure about a color or selection?  Just ask and we will be happy to assist you. 

Ordering from Country Craft, located in Virginia, is much quicker. Their items can be ready in 4 to 6 weeks. You also have the option of buying the items unfinished or finished. We also stock Mastercraft wipe on gel finishes, which allow you to save money and match your existing furniture or decor.

Our Custom Comfort and Winndom mattresses typically take about three weeks to special order if we don’t have them in stock.
