 "The inspiration for this chest came from one I found in a Venetian entry hall, but I simplified the lines so that the Danieli Chest is at home in any décor. It works in a bedroom, dining room, living room as well as where I originally saw it – in an entry hall. I gave it a more elegant look by scaling it slightly taller than the norm."
